  • Lessons are normally one hour long.
  • Tuition operates on a weekly basis.
  • Students are personally matched with tutors based on factors including subject, level, academic needs, personality, learning style and availability.

Payment

  • Payments are billed weekly in advance through Stripe once the weekly subscription has been activated.

  • The weekly subscription relates to the student's ongoing weekly tuition arrangement.

Two different notice periods

24 hours' notice applies to cancelling or rescheduling an individual lesson.

One week's notice applies to ending ongoing tuition and cancelling the recurring weekly subscription.

Cancelling or rescheduling an individual lesson

Parents must provide at least 24 hours' notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule an individual lesson.

Where possible, an alternative lesson time may be offered, subject to tutor availability.

Ending ongoing tuition / cancelling the weekly subscription
